OUR RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your Radish products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


REQUEST A RETURN

INS AND OUTS OF THE RADISH RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to a RADISHPRODUCTS.com order. RADISH does not offer returns on items purchased outside of RADISHPRODUCTS.com.

  • All returns must be processed through our Returns portal within 30 days of the original purchase. Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be provided.

  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

  • Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. RADISH does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products. RADISH does not accept returns on customized product.

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on RADISHPRODUCTS.com for the correct item.

RADISH PRODUCTS does not price match with dealers or competitors.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your original order number.

  • Securely attach your return label to the package.

  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
